One of the things that Santa Claus (a/k/a "my wife") put in my stocking this Christmas was a pound of whole bean Ethiopian coffee from Glass Mountain Coffee Company.
Now, I've always said that coffee is proof positive that God exists, that He is a good God, and that He loves us very much. And since TJ thought to put this treasure in my stocking it is also proof positive that she exists, that she is a good wife, and that she loves me very much.
This is a wonderfully aromatic coffee, medium bodied, smooth, and with a nicely balanced taste. There's just a touch of sweetness, spices, and dark chocolate. This would make an excellent coffee to enjoy with a fine handmade cigar.
This exquisite Ethiopian is giving my perennial favorite, Sumatran, a run for its money.
Thanks, honey!
